STEP 1: Logon to the American Express website and select Account Services in the menu bar.

STEP 2: Select Add or Remove Account Managers.

STEP 3: On the Account Manager Access screen, click on the link for Add Account Manager next to the card you want
to grant us account management access to.

STEP 4: After you authenticate, you will be prompted to enter the name and email address of the Account Manager.
For the First Name, enter Visionary. For the Last Name, enter Three-Sixty. For the Email Address, enter [email protected].

STEP 5: You may be asked if the account manager should have access to any other cards, select any that apply.
Lastly, you will be asked which Account Access Level to grant, Full or Limited. Select Limited.


Once you submit the request, we will be notified to complete the access request.
You can revoke access at any time, but we will not be able to reconcile or enter card data into QB if you do so.
