Payroll Administration Add-On We Don’t Just Record Payroll — We Run the Workflow. Payroll requires relentless consistency. For a scaling MSP, the gap between "running payroll" and "accounting for payroll" is where financial visibility is often lost. With this add-on, Financials 360 moves from passive recording to active execution. What We Handle When you choose the Payroll Administration Add-On, we take ownership of the processing cycle within your existing payroll platform (Gusto, ADP, Rippling, etc.): Data Submission: We process pay runs based on your approved salary, hourly, and commission data. Cycle Monitoring: We track pay schedules and submission deadlines, so no one is ever paid late due to an internal "fire drill." Journal Integrity: We record detailed payroll journals, ensuring liabilities (taxes, 401k, benefits) match your bank activity exactly. Real-Time Alignment: Your financial records stay current with every pay run—no waiting for month-end "catch-up" entries. Completion Confirmation: We monitor

Sales Tax Administration Add-On You Manage the Strategy, We Handle the Portals. For many MSPs, sales tax is a recurring administrative bottleneck. Whether you file in a single home state or have expanded into several, the manual task of logging into state portals and matching records is a distraction from your core operations. What We Handle When you choose the Sales Tax Administration Add-On, Financials 360 owns the data transfer and payment workflow: Data Extraction: We pull the "Sales Tax Owed" figures directly from your QuickBooks records. Portal Submission: We log into your designated state tax portals and manually submit the returns. Payment Initiation: We schedule the payments through the state portal and confirm they are cleared. Record Symmetry: We record the payment in your books immediately, so your "Sales Tax Payable" account reconciles to zero every month. Deadline Tracking: We manage the calendar, so you never see a late-filing penalty again. Why MSPs Choose This No More "Portal Fatigue": State websites
